John is a management and economic consultant based in Massachusetts who advises organizations in the private and public sectors on strategy development, economic analysis, and public policy involving domestic and international transportation and logistics services.

Mr. Reeve has over three decades of experience within the transportation industry, both as an executive with a major shipping company and as a consultant. Prior to starting Reeve & Associates, he was a vice president with Oliver Wyman and A.T. Kearney in their global transportation practices with responsibility for maritime and intermodal transportation industries. As a transportation industry executive, Mr. Reeve held a number of management positions in marketing and operations with the P&O Shipping Group in Australia and the U.K. that involved both vessel and marine terminal operations.

John Reeve’s clients include many of the major shipping lines in the liner and bulk sectors, freight intermediaries, ports and terminal operators, as well as international shippers in such areas as chemicals, steel, and automotive. He has also advised a number of government organizations on transportation policy including the United States, Korea, Indonesia, and NATO.  Mr. Reeve holds degrees from Princeton (BA) and the Tuck School at Dartmouth (MBA).
